Hello and welcome to my practice. Taking the first step and reaching out for help takes courage and curiosity, and I am here to help guide you as you take your first steps in the healing journey. While creating a warm and inviting atmosphere for you to express your feelings and share your experiences with me, we will work towards growth and improve your quality of life.
Sometimes we feel stuck, lack motivation, or get crippled by anxiety. We may struggle in relationships and feel disconnected from our partner. When that happens we often feel at a loss, not knowing where to turn or what to do. The deepest part in each and every one of us possesses the wisdom we need to guide us in the right direction, and my job as your therapist would be to help you connect with that part, and live a life of authenticity and emotional well-being.
